Expect notes of Marshmallow & Dr Pepper

Located in Sozoranga, Loja, the Jumbo family coffee farm blends tradition with sustainable innovation. Originally founded with Typica Criollo, the second generation, led by July, launched a specialty coffee project using premium Sidra seeds from Pichincha. They utilize Sozoranga's unique dry, mountainous climate to produce high-quality coffee. This farm remains a dedicated legacy of excellence and hard work.

This Sidra from July Jumbo is a washed double fermentation. The coffee cherries are first fermented and then pulped and washed before going through a second fermentation. When cupping this coffee we enjoyed a pleasant apple-like acidity followed by a sweet and creamy mouthfeel similar to marshmallows and peanut butter.
