Finca Juan Martin is an innovative experimental farm operated by Banexport in Sotara, Colombia. Located just 30 minutes from Popayan, the farm cultivates different coffee varieties using environmentally-conscious practices and rigorous quality control. The team maintains soil conservation, manages undergrowth to prevent erosion, and monitors crops for pests while processing each variety according to its specific needs—determined by Brix level, moisture content, and desired cup characteristics. Beyond producing exceptional coffee, Juan Martin serves as a resource and example for other producers, while providing educational opportunities to community members.

We are really excited to offer this coffee in our brand new 6oz bags! The hope in offering a smaller quantity is that this really special coffee can be more accessible and offer more opportunities to try these exciting and often expensive new coffees.
