Huila, located in southwestern Colombia, is known for its unique coffee thanks to varied elevations and climate. This region produces about 20% of Colombia’s coffee, mostly from small farms under three hectares. The dedication of these small producers shapes the distinctive quality of Huila coffee.

This particular lot showcases the rare and highly sought-after Sidra variety, a hybrid renowned for consistently delivering an outstanding cup. Its flavor profile strikingly resembles a washed Ethiopian coffee, presenting an elegant, tea-like body that provides a delicate yet satisfying mouthfeel. This is beautifully complemented by a range of vibrant citrus notes, from bright lemon to sweet orange, and a refreshing acidity that truly enlivens the palate.
