Nestled high in the protected Alto Mayo Rainforest at around 1,800 masl, Edwar owns a small plot of land - no bigger than a football field - and also leads the processing of our Peru blenders at his micro mill. Edwar and the COOPBAM community are constantly working to improve quality, and such efforts lead to this micro lot we were able to cup and purchase during our time there. This coffee is a sparkling and complex cup that is medium bodied.
