A rich cup, reminiscent of spiced tea with notes of brown sugar, fig, and hot chocolate.
This is Dogwood's second year offering Miramar, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of this cup! The coffee comes from the village of Guadalupe Miramar in Oaxaca (pronounced oh-hawk-uh) It is comprised of Bourbon and Typica varieties grown between 1600 and 1850 masl that is washed and dried on raised beds under parabolic cover.
