Our newest Special Special is from a producer couple in Tolima, Colombia. 

Since 2009, Wilmer and his partner, Flor, have been producing coffee on their farm, Planes de San Simón — named after Wilmer’s uncle. This land has been in Wilmer’s family for generations but he and Flor were the first to use it for coffee production.

Five years ago, Wilmer decided to focus his farm on the production of specialty coffee, planting varieties like Tabi, with which he has achieved great results in terms of quality. Lately, Wilmer has been trying to carry out new experiments with natural-processed coffees and anaerobic fermentations. He hopes to continue prospering as a coffee producer and that he can continue improving the quality of life through high-quality coffees.

Flor has knocked it out of the park with this one. We are FLOORED by this tart, sweet, lovely cup of coffee and we hope you are too.
