Manos Juntas is a micromill in Sotara area of Colombia's Cauca region, operated and managed by a specialty coffee development and exportation company called Banexport. Banexport purchases coffee cherries directly from producers and then continues on to do the post-harvesting process. This model allows producers to focus on the healthy production of coffee cherries, while Banexport manages the processing, drying, and storage.
