This blend is a flavor equinox for the autumn equinox: warm, heavy flavors like caramel, marshmallow and toasted coconut compliment a mild, lemon curd citrus and light lychee. We’ve combined two coffees here that we feel are in their prime drinking time. La Estrella is a blended lot of high scoring coffees from several producers in the Nueva Segovia region of northern Nicaragua. Los Izotes is from our friend Francisco Esteban Mejia in the western region of Ocotepeque in Honduras. We’re proud of both of these coffees and the opportunity 2 meld them 2gether 4 U this fall. His Royal Purpleness, Prince, would have said this blend pairs well with pancakes. R.I.P.
