Our coffee bar is located in the Uptown neighborhood inside Calhoun Square. We offer several different single-origin coffees by the cup, as well as a carefully selected espresso menu. Our coffee bar is part of a growing coffee experience in the Twin Cities. We brew every cup of coffee to order, inviting people to explore our single origin offerings in the best way possible. While we have a variety of brew methods available at the bar, we brew mostly with the Clever Coffee Dripper and Chemex. We feel these methods give us the best balance of consistency and speed of service for our customers.
We offer pastries from Rustica Bakery in Minneapolis, and teas from Tea Source which is based in St. Paul. Our dairy partner is Autumnwood Farm in Forest Lake, Minnesota-which is about 40 minutes north of the Twin Cities. Our coffee is available for purchase by the bag, as well as a variety of home brewing equipment, including Hario products, Chemex, Clever Coffee Dripper and Aeropress. Our baristas are knowledgeable and able to help you out with questions about brewing equipment, coffee, cats, and possibly life in general.
